Does anyone know of where I can find Student Sharehouses or which Real Estate agent or Property App I should use?
I am going to school in Shinjuku, budget is around 80,000 to 100,000 yen.
The current Sharehouse I’m living is quite abysmal, small with just 10 rooms, all Chinese or Vietnamese housemates (who are quite disgusting, peeing and throwing toilet paper on the floor) with a few Japanese working adults, very dirty, Single Room came with a bunk bed and no mattress.

I lived in one of https://www.freshroom.jp/en/ shareholders for while and had a positive experience.
They had a dedicated cleaning staff coming two times a week keeping the common areas clean.

Check out a Social Apartment if you want a reasonably clean sharehouse with nice common areas and furnished rooms under 100k. I currently live in one and honestly it’s pretty great. Feel free to DM me if you want some more info.

With that budget you can rent an apartment
