Cops aren’t just standing around, they are containing him, like they should do. There is nothing wrong with what they are doing here, it’s exactly how cops should act in this situation.

Doesn’t look like they’re just standing around. They’re actually doing a good job trying to contain him without wildly firing bullets everywhere like US cops. What is the point of this post?
Better trying to take him down with sticks than pulling out their guns shooting fearing for their lives .
The cops have far more serious matters to be dealing with…like racially profiling non-Japanese foreigners.
I don’t even need to watch that to know the cops are probably doing just fine there.
