I have Aus to USA adaptors: both 2 prong and 3 prong (2 flat sticks, and 1 round at the bottom) and have been getting mixed information if I can use them in Japan! I am unsure of their voltage, but they all say max. 10A 250V on all of them.
If anyone could provide some assistance that would be fabulous, as I don’t want to buy a new adaptor for Japan if I can use the ones I have now!

Japan uses physically equivalent sockets to North America. Their grid runs at 100v and either 50 or 60 Hz with a 15 amp limit for most applications. Unless you are traveling with a high draw electric appliance such as an electric kettle, oven, or space heater from Aus you won’t exceed 10 amps.
From what I’ve found, the 2 prong sockets are the most common, so if you want to use a 3 prong Aus plug (laptop etc) you may need to use the 3 prong adaptor with a converter plug thing.
I took my normal aus powerboard on our japan trips, and used something like this https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/364420942051?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=705-154756-20017-0&ssspo=8cftkf2ptti&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=8i4wuEkVSJq&var=633929119581&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY … I think it cost me 200yen from our lodge at the snow on the first trip
