It’s too bad Japan sucks so bad at positioning. As has been mentioned in numerous threads here, China pollutes yearly tenfold what Japan is doing, and yet they are controlling the messaging as Japan being worse. Japan needs to seriously push back on the hypocrisy.
It comes down to money. Countries and politicians side with money. For now everyone is hopeful that turning a blind eye to China’s temper tantrum may yield a net benefit.
Or you know… just don’t live in China.
