Good morning guys, I been trying to find some information myself but couldn’t really find a clear answer, I am active duty military stationed in Okinawa, we have these tax free store for cosmetic goods and my relatives want me to purchase some for them but it require a SOFA stamp on my passport. I never got anything like that all I have is a sofa license for driving. Is that consider the same thing? Thank you for your help.
