5. I see 7 for sure. Scallops, sea urchin gonads, shrimp, tuna, salmon, albacore tuna, and yellowtail. Maybe some red snapper?

6. Uni, Hotate, Akami, Ama Ebi, farm raised Salmon maybe Scottish or Saiko, wild Alaskan Salmon or Trout, Seared Albacore, and lastly…Suzuki maybe…hard to tell exactly, always so many white fish
