  1. That is a good deal, but from a critical perspective the rice looks too compressed which makes it gummy. The grains should fall apart and still give an identifiable rice texture. That being said, I’d absolutely eat it and most likely still enjoy it, especially for that price.

  2. I struggle with sushi rice consistency. Does someone have a fail proof recipe they would share?
