  1. Looks fine to me, I forget what part of the yellowtail the redder portions are from, but I’ve always found them more tender and meatier. Heck, the yellowtail looks fresher than the avocado to me!

    Stale yellowtail is gonna have a stench to it.

  2. I’m more concerned about the mango or whatever that looks like Kraft cheese.

  3. The darker cuts of the yellowtail if it’s not just the bloodline are great its kinda like fatty yellowtail and that shit melts like butter.
