I am looking in Tokyo for something like the e-ZONe hotel in Osaka (that is awesome btw) but not necessarily with rooms or capsules to stay. A net cafe with beefy PC’s specs will do just as well.
I mainly play MWIl and Valorant with friends and just bought the new Armored Core and Red Dead Redemption II to play alone.

Matsudo mall had a cafe on the top floor. I don’t know if it’s still available there
