Yomitoku, a transliterator for Spanish Language

Hello, /r/LearnJapanese!

I made [Yomitoku](https://yomitoku.onrender.com/), a website for transliterating Japanese into Spanish. It is inspired by a similar (and better) website that I find very useful but is only available in English; I hope that it can become an useful tool for those who know mainly Spanish.

Unfortunately the vocabulary of the JP-ES dictionary is not very wide, but hopefully it can still be useful for simple look ups.

How it works:

If you write a sentence in Japanese it will ‘split’ the sentence into ‘words’ and return the matching available ‘meanings’;

If you write a word (either in kanji, hiragana or romaji (Hepburn)) it will look up for the matching ‘meanings’ available.

(Sometimes it might recognize and split words incorrectly; the current fix is to search ONLY the desired word using the ‘Dictionary’ button (with the books symbol).

If you know of any other places where I could ‘promote’ the website, please let me know: I know this isn’t the ideal place given that most people here are already fluent in english and could use better tools, but I don’t know of many Spanish & Japanese learning communities online.

Thanks for taking the time to read!

  1. Thanks to you for creating that website! The more options we all have, the better! 😉

  2. The only reason I learn Japanese from English is because all of my resources are in English. I will use this. 😊
