Working as a Software developer

Hello! I’ve been looking for eikaiwa or ALT jobs for my girlfriend. If we find a job for her. I want to marry with her and work as a software developer. I have bachelor degree at Sound Arts Design in Turkey and I will have completed a Music and Stage Arts Master’s degree by 2025. Can I find software developer job as a junior in Japan with spousal visa ? By the way I don’t speak Japanese
