Aeon for bulk purchase, it has the best prices on my experience. Also lot of choice.
Amazon fresh/Life for discreet purchase of stuff that isn’t on Aeon.
3rd party platforms aren’t worth it IMO, way too expensive like yahoo mart is like 30% markup on everything lol.

rakuten seiyu net super. delivery on the next day, cheap food and delivery fee as well, and free delivery fee on orders over 5500¥.
Used to order on amazon fresh before, but their products are way more expensively priced and not necessarily in good quality. ouchi coop is somewhat okayish but their rigid schedule was a dealbreaker 🙁
I use COOP, it has a fee but they have really nice fresh fruits and veggies. I use amazon for bulk goods like canned coffee, diapers, etc.
