Confused about Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services Visa

I recently got a job that would use this type of visa for me. I looked it up and it looks like I need 10 years of experience? (I’ve only finished my studies last in 2022 and have only worked a little this year while looking for a job in Japan) I’ve also looked around and seen people saying they don’t really care about experience and its more that a degree is important. Which one is it and how were experiences applying for this VISA? for reference I do have a college and masters degree from my industry, both from institutions in Japan.

    It’s either/or.

You need 10 years experience ***or*** a bachelor’s degree.
