I had to withdraw my naturalization application cz
I ve got 5 Traffic violation points on my Lisence.
1 2020 june 2 points ( crossed red light)
2. 2020 june 1 point (2 step turn)
3. 2020 july 1 point (2step turn)
4 2021 april 1 point (crossed yellow line)
I am told that it is not possible to apply with these points.
Any one here know ?? When this point is going to clear from my 5 years old driving record? Its really confusing when i check online…

Points clear at the 3-year mark.

There are now 4 points on your license.
There are some other rules where points are canceled out faster (like if you went two years prior without any points, but that doesn’t apply to you 😄) Reference in Japanese: https://www.menkyo-school.jp/lesson/licence/detail.html?ls=21
damn. I guess I wont drive until I naturalized
When you get more points it stops the older points from dropping off your license as quickly as they would otherwise. If you get 6 points on your license, you get a suspension for 30 days.
You may wish to stop riding for the next few years. Sell the scooter and start riding a bicycle instead. You really need to get those points off your record and avoid getting a license suspension which will make things worse.
You ever thought of just being a better driver ?
