I’ve noticed that in Japan and also in Taiwan that restaurants that sells udon have this giant tub to cook the noodles in. Does anyone here know what brand who makes those cooker and if it is possible to have something similar in the US?

I can’t imagine it would be all that different from the large strainer pots you’d use to make spaghetti.
