Hello! I’m travelling to Japan and hoping to dive the yonaguni monument in October this year. I contacted Yonaguni Diving Service and was informed they’re fully booked, and they referred me to Sou Wes. I’ve sent multiple emails in English and Japanese but have yet to hear back. Is there anyone here that has experience with this dive shop, or might be able to assist me in reaching them? Thank you so much!

Might also be worth looking into dive shops in other areas — even Tokyo/Osaka, etc. many do package tours to Yonaguni and other dive locations. You might find something that way as well.
