3. What kind of a uber mark opinion is this ? Nakamura’s been very successful in WWE all things considered. He’s won almost every title, worked and beat most top guys, had some great matches and moments, and gets paid a lot of money to take it easier and surf whenever he wants. I’m sure he’s miserable there. 🤦🏻‍♀️

5. He deserves championships wherever he goes, such is his talent, but Yano will main event WrestleMania before Nakamura gets one of the big straps in that company.

7. As great as a wrestler as Nakamura is, I feel like he’s just enjoying making more money and working a softer style where he doesn’t have to take as many or as hard bumps. He’s been to the top of the best promotion and at this stage in his career he deserves to have a job that’s likely easier on his body.

8. I’m glad Trips is realizing the value of subtitles. Nakamura is finally able to show his full character ability now that he can cut promos in Japanese and the audience is responding in kind.

10. Love the guy but the ship for him as a top guy has long sailed i was hoping the match with Muta back in January would of relit the fire in him & given him the motivation to get out of the fed & have one last run in Japan

11. I’ve always disliked this argument of “oh man Nakamura deserves recognition and blah blah” like, yes, I agree with many others that he should’ve won the world championship in 2018. But don’t discredit the fact that he’s been a royal rumble winner (on his first attempt), multiple time singles champion and a constant uppercard since he’s been there.

16. Nakamura is still great but WWE hasn’t used him correctly his entire run and he’s especially underutilized the past few years. Hopefully they give him a run with the title at some point but his current heel turn is likely just a filler title defense for Rollins. Rollins vs Priest appears to be the big plan (or Priest vs Balor) so I just don’t see it happening right now.
