Sorry for asking here but I don’t think this kind of toilet is coming in other countries and google didn’t help.
My toilet flushes and refills very slowly, but the sink above no longer flows when flushed, it used to have a trickle, now nothing. Has anyone experienced this?

Check the outlet of the sink?
Toilet probably broken, contact your building management or landlord. If you own your place then check your local homecenter to get a quote on repair or replacement.
Inside the toilet tank is a float. When the toilet is flushed the float keeps the water supply open until there is enough water in the tank for the next flush. It sounds that the toilet doesn’t realise that it has to open the valve to let the water run.
If you are mechanically minded you can open up the tank and figure out what is broken. Sometimes a part needs to be replaced. Sometimes the chain has broken or come off. Usually it is pretty simple to fix by yourself. I had one problem and found a Japanese YouTube that explained the problem and how to fix it.
There is one other place to check. Next to the toilet is pipe which feeds the water into the tank. You can adjust the flow of the water into the toilet tank with a screwdriver. If you turn off the water at the pipe you’ll get the symptoms that yours is showing. Why someone would have turned it off or to low flow, I don’t know. Or it could be that your mains water might be low pressure.
My sink also stopped flowing. There’s a pipe that feeds water into the sink which broke in my toilet. It’s possible yours broke too, or it could be blocked.
If your flush tank is filling more slowly than it should, check the chain as another commenter mentioned. The inside of a toilet tank is not too hard to figure out (I have zero DIY skills and still managed).
What the others say. Also: There could be a filter right where the water enters the tank. If it is clogged, this will make the water flow slowly, and there won’t be enough pressure left to feed your sink.
This happened to one of our toilets. There is a broken part inside that needs to be replaced. Call your landlord or a plumbing repair place. Easy fix. Took less than a hour.
