Beginner Physical Flashcards and Path to Fluency

Hi so I have a job that prevents me from having my phone with me. I lived in Japan for many years as a kid and squandered the best opportunity to learn Japanese. I am by no means fluent or know sentence structure. Essentially I’m new but have a strong grasp of pronunciation, and speech mannerisms. If you were to drop me back in right now I’m confident I could do whatever I need to. But I actually want to move towards fluency. (sorry for rambling)

What are the best physical flashcards? to start and study in down time? What all should I do to actually work towards getting fluent?

Thanks for the help!
