Spanish Bluefin.


Thought y’all might like to see what I’m working with this week. This is only the belly quarter of the fish. 75 pounds. This fish would be upwards to 400 pounds with everything in tact, (head, tail, guts). This is a sustainably raised fish. Eat responsibly.
