Do they normally ask for proof of income during the tenancy agreement renewal after it expires in (normally 2 years) ? Specifically if there’s a guarantor company involved in the contract or it’s automatically renewed if there’s no change in the amount of rent etc. ?

Usually there’s a form to fill that has a “no change” option.
