Hi everyone,
I came to Japan two years back as a masters student of engineering. Now since I am graduating so my lab is organising a farewell party. On that occasion I want to present a gift to my sensei as a token of appreciation. Normally when students graduate they gift him alcohol but I don’t drink so I have no idea about those.
Can anyone advise me what I can gift to him? If you have ideas about alcohol you can tell that too.

Don’t get alcohol. Get some 2000 yen grapes and put them in a gift box/bag from a 100 yen store.
