Ask one of the staff what it is. I’ve never had that kind of experience at a family restaurant but if something looked off I would ask about it rather than eat it.

Did you get it by uber? I would just ask for a refund
If you ordered through Demaekan or something, submit a complaint. I had one of my 5 piece nugs missing from a 2000 yen McDonald’s order last week and they refunded over half my purchase (1200 cashback into bank account).

Well if you look at both the Uber eats picture and the Denny’s website, you can clearly see that there is a white sauce on the beef stew
