Since DAZN is out from broadcasting PL, this season, and spottvnow handles all the broadcast, but how can I watch it in English?

Just subbed spottvnow to find its same as dazn which doesnt have english commentary.
Whats the best way to watch premier league with english commentary.

Last season, I used to have dazn and used vpn to Canada and had no problem.
But this season, it didnt work the same way 🙁
