I just bought a concert ticket through Pia and opted to pay at seven eleven, which I did. However, now I do not know where to find my ticket. I have the Pia app, but my ticket is nowhere to be found. Does anybody know what to do?
Not sure if the same, I bought concert tickets at eplus few weeks ago. I paid on family mart and got an email saying the day I should pick my tickets. You should also have the day at the receipt.
probably you use the automatic machines in convince stores to print the ticket. doesn’t the “todo” section of the app tell you what to do next?
Not enough info to work off of since the delivery method changes drastically depending on what you bought.
If it’s some sort of super advanced special reservation tickets, tickets can actually be posted to you via snail mail.
Other times like a special advance purchase before a general sales you pay first, then when the organisers sold all the general tickets they then email you a redeem code and/or notification where you have to go to conbini and print out the ticket yourself using the kiosk.
If it’s an e-ticket it might not show up in the app until a couple of days before the actual date of the concert.
