Benesse…..milking the testing market with bullshit tests. All the best in the interview though. Take the money and run.
I’m assuming you’re already at the 2nd stage of your interview if you’re going for an in person interview.
If they haven’t changed the interview process, they’ll basically start out by showing you pictures and what you think it means(eg: an airplane=notify if you’re going on leave, clock=be 10 minutes early/ call if you’re going to be late, etc.). Then I think they’ll ask you to do sample teaching like how to teach vocab, how to teach the songs. They might ask how far you’re willing to travel and say 60 mins is the norm. Don’t try to go above and beyond, just say 60 mins.
It’s a pretty easy job to land as long as your accent isn’t wildly off.
Just be confident and say yes to whatever they want you to do
