What exactly do you mean by passive income?
As far as I know, if you’re here on a student visa, you have a working hours limit (28H), so if by passive income you mean your monthly income I’ve heard that you might need to prove that it’s actually within the hours limit. Also since you’re living here, you would have to pay income tax for it. I’m not sure though, so hope someone would correct me if it’s wrong. ( I thought before the working hours limit was only for jobs here, but someone in this sub mentioned there was no exceptions based on the location. )
