Does any one here know what to do after receiving a parking violation ticket,? Should i go directly to the police box ? Will my license point be deducted for it? The ticket says the car is abandoned. I’m scared because it’s my first time to have this violation and surprised also since i have my car parked in that spot for more than a year now . Please it would be helpful if anyone could answer with the same experience.

Pay it at the post office and you won’t get any demerits on your licence.
If you’ve been parking there for a year and got an “abandoned” ticket, you should talk to the police and find out what is going on.
