I need to get my tires changed on my little 50cc scooter, and I know I can buy the tires at the DIY store cheap, but I’m lacking tools and space to do the change. Are their any chains that will do this? I tried some of the car places like yellow hat without any luck. I sort of want to avoid a bike dealer because in my experience they tend to take you for a ride (pun unintended)
Appreciate any advice.

Why not a bike shop? They’re everywhere, just like Autobacs.
Bike Seven, Nankai, etc. for chains, and there are small shops on every other corner in suburban areas.
Independent motorcycle tire shops are the way to go.
If you’re in the south Tokyo area, [Speedstar](http://speedstar.jp/) will change tires on any bike for less than a dealer will do it.
If you’re on the northwest side, [Tire Shop Wolf](https://www.wolf-kitano.com/).
[Shop Mach](https://shop-mach.shop-pro.jp/) near Edogawabashi for the more central people.
There’s another really good one in Ota-ku, but the name escapes me….
