First Costco salmon feed

Early days. My plating is bunk, tamago game is weak. Costco Atlantic frozen, quick salt cure, with pickled onions and radish, nori, egg.

That said not bad fish at all, little broken body on the fillets, flavour better than texture. Still gonna be excellent for working on basic skills.
