Can someone explain what this is/ how to consume it?

1. It’s a frozen dessert, like a popsicle but in a plastic stick. Freeze it solid, then snap or twist it so it breaks at the thin point in the middle. You can then bite/squeeze out the crunchy frozen inside from both halves, yum!

2. I feel like it says Creamsicle on the package.
