Just discovered this sub today and am so happy about it😍😍

here are my most recent rolls! Imitation crab, nothing raw. I’m not quite comfortable doing raw at home yet and I haven’t looked much into sushi-grade fish sources in my area. i like imitation crab and canned tuna just fine for at home. Plus, saving the fancy raw varieties for restaurants is nice for me.
