1. I hope Tenzan is well. He basically looked the same from the late 90s to like a couple of years ago and now seems to be aging like crazy.

2. That was one of the weirdest fucking videos I have ever seen lmfao.

   The juxtaposition between Tenzan being melancholic about his career, Makabe burying everyone and Tiger Mask just hanging out is hilarious enough but when Tenzan starts talking about how his son gave him a black eye cos they got into a fight… fucking wild man.

I was already on the dads side because variety is cool, having an assortment of vets and dads challenge for the sixman is always welcome and Tiger/Makabe literally pulling a war dogs by saying “Fuck u Shin Nihon we wanna wrestle” but Makabe pulling a twitter blue and pulling a workshoot of workshoots by burying the company’s 2 biggest stars of the past decade and a half isnt exactly helping lmao.

4. Tenzan lost a lot of weight. He doesn’t have cancer right?

5. Ngl, I’m someone who tends to avoid the “dad matches” and skip straight to the main card when I watch NJPW events, so my exposure to these guys is very minimal as a result. This promo package has me so hyped for all 3 of them, and while I have zero expectation they will win, I’m going to be rooting for them all of the way. With the recent NJPW pivot towards pushing a lot of young dojo graduates, I’d actually love to see them win just to produce a “veterans vs youngsters” match down the line. I feel like the NEVER 6 Man titles rarely ever have a hot feud going into WK (if they even feature on the card) but that could genuinely be a great one if they did let Tenzan, Makabe and Tiger Mask IV win.
