Ishikawa prefectural history museum is one of the best history museums in japan. Definelitly recommend.
I think it is fantastic. Takayama continues to be one of my favorite places to stay for a weekend. Enjoy!
Day 12 seems pretty full so you might not be able to do all.
When I went to the “Ninja” temple many years ago you had to join a tour (it was in Japanese but they hand you a booklet in english), so it may take longer as you have to wait for the next tour slot. So going might take 1-2 hours.
The museum I haven’t been so I’m not sure how long that will take.
Castle and Kenrokuen would be 2-3 hours. So overall it feels like a busy day.
