Hi! I found that the system JE dictionary in the kindle app couldn’t decompose the verb (eg. 読んでいる、行かない). Is there any dictionary out there that can recognize those words on kindle? Or is it impossible due to software limitations?
Once, I tried to use Yomichan on the browser. But Kindle cloud reader doesn’t support Japanese books.

Don’t think so.
With the Kindle you only have two options: 1 is to read the book on the kindle’s browser and use a javascript dictionary like Rikakun, or jailbreak the kindle to install KOReader.
Or if you don’t mind using your PC or phone, you can remove the DRM on the kindle file and convert to EPUB.
