Very first attempt!


Ok, so I have no idea what I’m doing and totally panicked when I made the rolls (used a hosomaki mold, but messed it up and had to just improvise), but the rice tastes really good! I followed a YouTube tutorial for the rice and the taste and consistency was really good. Is it supposed to be super sticky? I rinsed it several times and let it soak, then used a rice cooker and sushi vinegar when it was done cooking.
