Tuna chirasi and oshizushi


Tuna bowl today, Costco frozen yellowfin, pickled daikon and red onion, nori. Pressed oshizushi, middle layer of spicy tuna made from the offcuts, leftover tamago and avocado slices.

Rice came out great, little heavier on the vinegar. Could be a touch stickier, though, but I think the egg slices made a fault line in the sushi.
