Hello, sorry if in not posting this in the right place but I’m trying to open an eplus account but for some reason it never accepts my Japanese phone number. I’ve tried typing it regularly and also in half width numbers but it doesn’t ever seem to accept it. Is there something I’m doing wrong or has anyone else encounter an issue like this?

Try without the leading zero?
It says you gotta confirm your phone number by calling. You can learn more about phone number authentication by clicking the purple 電話番号認証について on the right
