No. The Spouse visa is for people married to Japanese nationals.
What you would get is the Dependent visa. The major difference between the two is that a dependent is only allowed to work part time, up to 28 hours a week. Yes, even for remote/freelance work.

No. The Spouse visa is for people married to Japanese nationals.
