Hello,
I wanted to know the best (cheapest if possible) way to travel between Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto.
We plan on staying in Tokyo (5 days), Osaka(4 days), Kyoto (3 days) if that helps and I currently have a Sucia Pass. And I heard of a JRS pass but I do not know the best way of using it. I appreciate any help, thank you.

You can travel between Kyoto and Osaka using a regular train no problem. Little over 30 minutes.
Better off getting individual shinkansen tickets from Tokyo and Osaka/Kyoto then using the regular train between those 2. The JR pass doesn’t seem worth it for you.
