They appointed a successor who doesn’t even deny he sexually assaulted boys, I don’t feel much confidence.
They should appoint an outside replacement and change their name. The quicker “Johnny’s” leaves the Japanese vernacular, the better.
Their should also be a wider investigation into how other parts of the industry and society were complicit with this monster for so long. The most uncomfortable question is perhaps why the parents continued to allow their children to have anything to do with Johnny’s given that it was common knowledge he was assaulting so many of them?
Bring up the fact that he raped boys on American soil.
