Any Bachelor’s is good enough for a work visa so you are in the clear there. Then it comes down to whether the game company’s size and capital is good enough to convince immigration that they can provide you a stable income.
This will depend on your skill and resume. There are many many thousands of Japanese illustrators and graphic designers with a bachelor degree and you will need to demonstrate to a company that your skill and resume are so much more advanced that they should go outside Japan to hire you.

The only jobs that foreigners aren’t allowed to work are government jobs (Military, police, jobs that require taking the civil servant exam).
Of course, not every job qualifies for visa sponsorship (most blue collar jobs don’t. Most white collar jobs do). So if you require sponsorship, that’s an additional limiting factor.
The biggest hurdle for you with this career path is finding an employer willing to hire you. Good luck!

Usually game companies don’t care about degree at all and only thing they are interested in is your portfolio and past experience. At least that was how it was in SQEX during my short stint with them. For immigration purposes any bachelor degree is ok, as long as you have that or YoE they will be able to help you obtain work visa. Ex-colleague of mine who was texture artist was BSc. in Chemistry.
