When you buy Costco salmon how do you prep/cure it before cutting it up for nigiri?? This looks awesome!!

Yep! I just started doing this too and the taste is great. I buy the large filet, cut it into portions and then like someone else said, cover with around 2/3 salt and 1/3 sugar. Put it in the fridge for an hour. Then wash them off in cold water. Use one or two and wrap the others and put in a ziplock in the freezer for up to a month. Just had one today that was a week old and it was great as sashimi.
