Is there any way to predict the pitch accent of compound words?

Hello, I was watching the 8th episode of Violet Evergarden and noticed that 感謝 which’s normally か\んしゃ had become かんしゃ\さい in 感謝祭.

Within the first minute of this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KMKzMDPvO-o

there are 3 instances of such accent change as well, 経済 け\いざい ==> けいざいき\ぼ in 経済規模, 首都 しゅ\と==>しゅと\けん in 首都圏 and 整備 せ\いび ==> せいびほ\う in 整備法. I’m not actually sure about the last one since I couldn’t find it in any pitch accent dictionary. Is there any way to reasonably guess the pitch accent of 1 and 2 mora compound words?

I have found a way to guess 3 and 4 mora compounds from various sources but 1 and 2 are not touched on at all.

  1. For some they’re like suffixes, like 金 usually makes heiban compound but 圏 usually drops on previous mora
