  1. Go see a urologist (泌尿器科医). If it requires surgery they will probably refer you to a hospital.

  2. Go to see a doctor. Better see an urologist than a random naika. Don’t worry Japanese men also have balls therefore there are doctors trained to handle balls related issues.

  3. Go to a doctor!?

If you’re in Tokyo I recommend St Luke’s. There’s a clinic and a hospital, maybe start at the clinic (St Luke’s Medilocus) for the mandatory consultation/physical before getting referred or they might just direct you to go straight to the hospital when you try to make an appointment.

  4. My colleague just inform to ask support in our HR, thanks guys. I will also try to learn from your advices but yeah I should better see a doctor. 🙏🙏🙏

  5. I know it’s scary, but a lump can be all kinds of things. Someone close to me had a lump and I don’t remember what it was, but it was totally harmless. The important thing is getting to a doctor so you can find out what it is and if you need to do anything about it.

  6. My friend had testicular cancer at like 25, had to have 1 removed. Now he has 2 healthy kids. better go while you have time

  7. Urologist. An ultrasound should catch anything weird.

Also to make you worry less, every guys that I’ve known that discovered a lump on their nuts, myself included, turned out to just be varicocele or spermatocele.

Obviously better be safe than sorry but try not to lose sleep over it.

  8. Go to pachinko.

Let them know that you have a lump and that you’d like to get it checked out because you’re worried about your health.

….. go to a doctor dude. Why even post this?

  9. Don’t be worried about an ultrasound, if that’s what is required.

I can only speak to American health care. But, when I had my testicles check out, it was a very professional. It gave me comfort knowing that everything was okay. A quick thirty minute check and I was on my way.

  10. If you are scared I think the correct action is to go to church… haha nah but really call a doctor my man

  11. Sooner you go the better. Don’t hesitate like us men tend to do about health problems. It possibly won’t “be alright and go away.”

  12. My brother ignored a lump until the cancer metastasized to his brain and lungs and nearly killed him. So yeah, please just go to a doctor.
