12. Last year was the only time I’ve seen Tokyo come close to crowd crush.

13. I was there in 2019, it’s too crowded to really do anything. The atmosphere is cool because people are excited and in costumes but it’s not worth it, especially taking trains around. Darth Vader and a guy in a “Johnson” costume greeted me on my way to my air bnb though, that was pretty great.
