Training a kanji reading disambiguation model, need a bit of help

I’m training a BERT model to disambiguate Japanese heteronyms, but don’t speak Japanese myself. To check if my annotated data is good, I’d like to know the reading of 止め in the following sentences. Anyone willing to help?

  1. 1. unstoppable?
    2. was not unstoppable?
    3. is not unstoppable?

I put in question marks bc I am not terribly sure. My Japanese is intermediate at best.
