Recently I recieved my Certificate of Eligibility, and have the physical copy ready to take to my interview at the Japanese embassy in London. But on closer inspection I can see that it says (6 months) when I am applying for (and needing) a 1 year visa.
Does anyone know if I can still apply for a 1 year visa with this COE? I’m a bit stressed as my interview is in 2 days.

Which visa are you applying for?
Some of them (like the working holiday visa) are only issued for 6 months and then you’re expected to renew it while you’re in Japan.
