A half box each of mild and hot curry, plus a small can of tomato sauce and a can of tomato paste (in place of some of the water), so it was seriously thick. Added some S&W curry powder and some Penzey’s Curry Now along with the curry blocks. Vegetables were cabbage, cauliflower, carrot, and daikon.

This chicken curry looks very delicious! The white rice looks perfectly cooked too, and it’s making me hungry. Tonight, I think I’ll have curry too. (^ω^)
