Your best bet would be to take the first train to the stadium on the day of the bouts and stand in line to get tickets for the nosebleed section. Anything later than the first train and they’ll probably cut the line in front of you (speaking from personal experience, I’m still salty about it).
Or if you’re a big shot, you can ask your contacts for corporate seats.
Second hand tickets on the official website. You can get prime position tickets even after the basho starts.
